The work
What we hold.
- Maintenance
- The standing visit, weekly or every two weeks. Mown on a line. Edged where the lawn meets walk, drive, and bed. Hard surfaces blown clear.
- Beds and hedges
- Shrubs shaped. Beds weeded. Mulch laid so the house is legible from the street.
- The season
- Spring growth brought back under control. Fall leaves taken off the grounds.
- Turf
- Aeration, seed, and fertilizer, when the lawn needs more than a cut. Priced by the property, before anyone starts.
The arrangement
How a property comes onto the route.
-
You write.
Town, the work, and how often. If the grass is high, a photograph in the reply is enough.
-
We name the price.
One figure, from the size and the condition. Nothing is scheduled until you accept it.
-
We keep it.
The same standard on every return. Most properties settle on every two weeks through the growing season.
In their words
The next visit is the review.
“He did an amazing job on my yard. I am a bi-weekly client.”
“Did a great job. Would like him to come biweekly now.”
“Good and trustful company.”

Before you write
Plain answers.
Must I be home?
No. Note a locked gate on the form. If the mower cannot pass, we call.
How is it priced?
By the property. Size, height, and the work requested. A first cleanup is not priced as a property already on the route. The figure arrives before we begin.
Weekly, or every two weeks?
Both. Every two weeks once the lawn is in hand. Weekly through a wet stretch, or when the property should be ready to show.
Who arrives?
The owner. The route is not handed to another company.
